DON JUAN

Jordi Savall and his Concert des Nations are well known for spectacular projects – always committed to historical performance practice. This time, together with dancers from the Slovenian National Ballet Maribor, they are bringing Gluck's ‘Don Juan’ to the stage as part of a premiere: the first ballet in history to use dance to tell a complex story. The concert will also feature Rameau's orchestral suite ‘Les Boréades’ – with arias and dances as varied as ever.

AURORA ORCHESTRA

The musicians of the London Aurora Orchestra played Ravel's ‘Bolero’ on 28 October 2020 throughout the entire concert hall of the Tonhalle Zurich. The audience sat in the middle of the orchestra!

LES SIÈCLES FEATURING GRÉGOIRE PONT

The exceptional orchestra ‘Les Siècles’ played Ravel's ‘Ma Mère l'Oye’ at the Tonhalle Zurich on 17*11*2024, while illustrator Grégoire Pont created live animations.

ALEXANDRE THARAUD AND THE AURORA ORCHESTRA

On 28*10*2024, pianist Alexandre Tharaud played Ravel's Piano Concerto in G major together with the Aurora Orchestra.
