Upcoming concerts
Jordi Savall and his Concert des Nations are well known for spectacular projects – always committed to historical performance practice. This time, together with dancers from the Slovenian National Ballet Maribor, they are bringing Gluck's ‘Don Juan’ to the stage as part of a premiere: the first ballet in history to use dance to tell a complex story. The concert will also feature Rameau's orchestral suite ‘Les Boréades’ – with arias and dances as varied as ever.

This is the 76th concert season of Migros Culture Percentage Classics.
We present high-quality and new concert experiences. Masterpieces by Mozart, Beethoven, Stravinsky, Gluck and Rameau meet dance, pantomime, light shows and explanations of the works. Young orchestras open up a new approach to classical music – innovative, experimental and full of enthusiasm.

Das Ausnahmeorchester «Les Siècles» und der Cellist Xavier Phillips präsentieren Werke von Saint-Saëns und Ravel; die Gesamtleitung liegt in Händen der jungen Dirigentin Ustina Dubitsky. Und wenn der gefeierte Illustrator Grégoire Pont Live-Animationen zu Ravels fantastischen Klangwelten für «Ma Mère l'Oye» beisteuert, wird daraus ein Fest für die Ohren und die Augen.
